Grooming Lounge Shipping Policies

Here's the summary:

  • Free Shipping on Domestic Orders $45 or more (all 50 states + Washington, DC).
  •  All orders go out in 1 business day or less.
  • Orders must be placed by 3 PM Eastern for them to be sent out the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM ET will be sent out the following business day.
  • All orders placed over the weekend or on federal holidays will be sent out the next business day.
  • Ship all over the world (see chart below).

**Canadian Guests: Please note that the quoted shipping rates above do not include any applicable customs fee, duty or provincial tax. All shipments to Canada are signature required by the carrier and we cannot remove the requirement. Our Fed Ex option does include brokerage, but selecting our alternative USPS International Priority service may mean a small brokerage fee on top of applicable duties or tax. Any questions... just let us know.

 

APO Addresses

We're proud to help make our military the most handsome in the world -- and we ship to APO/FPO addresses using the US Postal Service. Please note that due to different schedules and handling times, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days, but we'll get your order out right away.

 

International Shipping

Handsomeness crosses borders. Don't see your country below? Just ask.

Some notes: Unfortunately, certain items we can not ship overseas, if they are on the order we will have to cancel it... sorry in advance. Before placing your order, please be aware of any shipping/importation restrictions your particular country might impose on grooming products. Also be aware that shipping on international orders does not include applicable tax and duty charges that are based on your own country's unique policies. We just want to make you aware that there will potentially be a considerable shipping charge by the carrier/country for customs/tax charges. All international shipments will be signature required by the carrier and we cannot remove the requirement. We may also ask first-time international customers to confirm certain information before an order is shipped. Orders on which shipments are refused/undeliverable for non-payment of customs, taxes and duties, the cost of the order will be refunded minus the price of shipping and a $20 non-delivery fee. In the event that an order's tracking updates list the package as delivered, but the guest does not receive this package, the guest will be refunded for the value of their order excluding the shipping charges.

Backorders

Sometimes a particular solution is so popular we just can't keep it in stock. If you happen to order one of these items before we have a chance to mark it as unavailable, here's what will happen.

Domestic

We will notify you of the shortage of the item, provide an ETA if possible and ship the rest of your order right away so you can enjoy those solutions. The out-of-stock item will be indicated on your packing slip as well. Most back-orders are shipped out separately within 1-10 business days, with no additional shipping charges. In the case that a product won't be available for an extended period of time, you are welcome to make a substitution (even of a product that's a bit more expensive than the one you originally ordered), or to simply cancel the item for a refund.

International/Canada/APO Addresses

We'll notify you via email if an item is out-of-stock before we ship anything. Your complete order will ship as soon as the out-of-stock item becomes available. If you prefer to cancel the out-of-stock item or make a substitution so your order can ship sooner, just let us know. 

 

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages cannot be delivered due to address quirks. If a domestic package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will provide a refund for the full cost of the order. Guests can place a new order, but we recommend double-checking the address to make sure we can get it to you.

For International Orders on which shipments are refused/undeliverable for non-payment of customs, taxes and duties, the cost of the order will be refunded minus the price of shipping and a $20 non-delivery fee. In the event that an order's tracking updates list the package as delivered, but the guest does not receive this package, the guest will be refunded for the value of their order excluding the shipping charges. 

If you mistakenly put the incorrect shipping address on an order, while we would love to help out, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for this and you will not be refunded.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. All orders over $45 are shipped for free to all 50 states plus Washington, DC.

Q: How quickly do you ship orders?
A: Fast. Usually orders are shipped within one business day. The only thing that might delay an order is if we're waiting for an item to arrive, or, if you place an order over a busy weekend. If you live in the U.S., we'll get you your package in 2-3 business days. Every order, every time.

Q: Do you ship to Canada/internationally?
A: We certainly do. Please see above for rates and restrictions.

Q: You shipped me the wrong item/an item was damaged in my package.
A: Sorry about that. Mistakes do happen. Send us an email at info@groominglougne.com and we'll get the correct item or a replacement out to you right away.

Q: Do you deliver on the weekend?
A: Yes. Our standard shipping options (both USPS & FedEx) deliver orders on Saturdays at no extra charge. We don't process or ship orders on the weekends. Unfortunately express orders are not eligible for Saturday delivery.

Q: I placed an order for Next-Day. Why isn't it here yet?
A: There could be several reasons. If you ordered outside of our normal fulfillment hours (9 am to approximately 3 pm Eastern time Monday-Friday), your order will ship the next business day. Please keep in mind that the time frames for Next Day Delivery start from the day after your package was processed to account for receiving time. Express time frames also only include business days in processing, so for example, if you ordered a package on Friday, your package would arrive on Monday. If you ever have a question about when exactly you should order to expect a package by a certain date, just ask.

Q: Why are delivery charges/minimum order amounts so high?
A: We're always working with our shipping providers to reduce costs. We never profit on shipping -- if we're going to make money, it's going to be because of our awesome products and service. The minimum order amounts and delivery charges were set to ensure that we can keep providing you with the best service possible.

Q: How come it says you'll ship either USPS or FedEx for your standard Fast shipping?
A: Luckily we've built great relationships with both of these trusted shipping partners and we're able to see which service will get you your order fastest. Our shipping team chooses the fastest option for you so you'll look better, quicker. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with all of the details on which service is delivering your order, including a tracking link so you can keep tabs on your package.
