Grooming Lounge carries super-high-quality men's grooming goods, but we understand that sometimes products just don't "fit" or meet a specific expectation. In such a case, we've developed some return policies that are pretty darn fair and quite simple. Please take a moment to review our policies below.

UNOPENED/UNUSED PRODUCTS:

These may be returned within 60 days of the date of purchase for a full refund to the method of payment. Product must be returned only in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, same condition as sold, with tamper-proof seals unbroken, if present, and with all literature and factory seals in place.

GROOMING LOUNGE BRAND PRODUCTS:

We offer a no-questions-asked, 100% guarantee on our own products within 60 days. Just email us and we’ll provide an instant store credit to try something else. That’s right you don’t even have to send anything back! You must have an account with us to receive the store credit.

OPENED/USED PRODUCTS:

We do not take returns on any used products. Body hair tools cannot be returned once removed from their original packaging. Give us a call/email prior to ordering and we're happy to help you choose the best product for your grooming needs – we know grooming can be tricky. We provide free samples with every order to help try new stuff out and you’re more than welcome to ask for a specific one. If we have it available, we’ll be sure to include it with your order.

OUR OOPS!

If there’s any problem with your order that stems from a mix-up/damage on our end, contact us and we'll send a pre-paid return slip along with the necessary items -- or an e-return slip to your inbox.

LOCAL GUESTS:

Guests can return products (please bring web order information) directly to any of our stores, but no exchanges/refunds can take place at the time of visit. The stores will return said products to our Returns Department and we'll be in touch shortly to properly process.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM GROOMING LOUNGE:

Please fill out the Returns Form below to get the process rolling. Our team will review your form and get back to you as soon as possible. If accepted, you have two options to get your returned item back to us.

Option 1: Use A Grooming Lounge Return Label
Our Shipping Team will create a Return Label and email it to you directly. All you need to do is print that label and follow the instructions, then send your return back to us. If you use this option, we will deduct a $5 Processing Fee from the refund/store credit for the cost of shipping.

Option 2: You Go Your Own Way
If you prefer to return the item using your own label/method, send it to the address below with no Return Fee deduction.
