Efficient and energizing skin buffer sloughs away dead surface skin cells and other impurities from a mans mug. Made with highly effective scrub particles derived from Apricot Kernels, super scrub alleviates roughness and helps break down tough facial hair for a closer, more comfortable shave, while minimizing ingrown hairs and other skin irritations related to shaving. With a natural blend of Caffeine, Menthol, and Vitamin E - as well as invigorating extracts derived from Lemon and Orange Peels - this "refueling facial buffer" reenergizes complexions and gives skin a more evened, refreshed appearance.

Size: 3.4 oz.
Skin Type: Normal, Combination, Oily
Key Ingredients: Caffeine, Menthol & Vitamin E
To Use: Wet face and gently massage scrub onto skin in an upward and outward circular motion. Avoid the immediate eye area. Rinse well. May be used two, but no more than three times weekly. For best results, use prior to shaving.
  1. Great preshave Review by Edward

Like Jim from the OC, I also like to try out new scrubs as I also had a bad problem with bumps and ingrown hair. This scrub is a pleasure to use, it foams up nicely and really does the job setting you up for a close shave.

The scrub itself is actually quite similar to Jack Blacks Face Buff (which I am also a big fan of) They are both primarily preshave scrubs not your heavy duty weekly scrubs like Urth or Menscience and they both have a great menthol cooling effect if you like that sort of thing. The thing that separates the two is that the Kiehl's has finer scrub particles than the Jack Black.

If you are in the market for a great 3x weekly invigorating preshave scrub and feel that the Jack Black is too coarse then try this out.
