Everything with my order went well. I received the order in a very timely manner. Plus, due to the wonderful communication via email I knew exactly when it would arrive. There was only 1 flaw in the process and it is just a defect in1 product's packaging. The aftershave bottle has a hole in one of the corners, so when I squeeze the bottle it shoots out the hole and the primary opening. So, I just leave the lid on and use the corner hole as the delivery point. No problem...it happens! Otherwise, everything from the products, to the shipping, as well as communication has been fantastic. I look forward to continuing shopping with Grooming Lounge.
