United StatesI never received the gift card so I printed off the screen shot of my confirmation #. It printed so small that I could not read it but figured I'd get the email soon. It never arrived but I did get a confirmation from "shop." That was another nightmare because every time I tried to log in it would send me to my email to get a confirmation code. Once I did that it would cycle again and keep sending me through a loop and I could never get in. So I researched on the grooming lounge website as to next steps. It said call the store directly, so I did. Got absolutely no help there. I was told they don't deal with e-gift cards. After a round about with her, she said her manager would fix it and get back to me that day or the next day. I'm still waiting. I guess I'll have to cancel with my cc company. I'll never try this again.
