Grooming Lounge is in the “hospitality” business, whether you’re a guest at our online destination or in our stores. To that end, we want you to be confident that: shopping with us is 100% secure (we’ve got all that encryption stuff), our team is always around to answer product or usage questions (simply e-mail [email protected] or call 866.456.8643) and our shipping and return policies are pretty darn fair.



The nutshell is that we a) get orders out fast – usually within 24 hours b) fulfill purchases Monday thru Friday c) will ship pretty much anywhere in the world d) ship standard (ground) orders through whatever service gets it there quickest and e) don’t try to make money off shipping.  If we’re going to make money as a company, it’s gonna’ be because of our awesome products and services.

Our return policies are simple.

Buy it, open or use it and don’t like it (that’s unlikely):
  Return within 30 days of receiving and we’ll issue a store credit for 80% of the original purchase price.  Store credit requires an online account.  

**Please note that we do retain the right to refuse a return if above policy is repeatedly abused.

Buy it and don’t open or use it (we don’t ask why):
  Return within 30 days and we’ll refund your product purchase in full.

Our mistake, we pay shipping:
  If there’s any problem with your order that stems from a mix-up/damage on our end, we’ll certainly cover the shipping costs.

Local Guests:
  Guests can return products (along with their order information) directly to any of our stores, but no exchanges/refunds will take place at time of visit. We'll get in touch shortly to process the return accordingly.  

The How To:
  If you decide to exchange/return an item, we ask that you ship it back postage paid with some sort of proof of purchase.

We include Free Samples with every order and when available, try to include items that relate to your product purchase. Sorry, but we are not always able to accommodate requests for specific samples -- but as already stated -- we're gonna' try real hard.
