GL handled it with exceptional customer service. Any business can handle mundane transactions, but the true test of an exceptional company is how they fix problematic customer issues. Grooming Lounge on more than one occasion has exceeded my expectations. As such I go nowhere but Grooming Lounge for my products.

United StatesDisappointed- the website says the gift card will arrive in a gift box. It arrived in a card board sleeve. However, it did arrive promptly. Recipient has not used the card yet so I can speak to the services. It also seems silly to me that you have to choose between an on-line and in-person gift card- why not offer one that works for both?
