Price Value Quality I have thick oily hair and use a heavy gel, this shampoo tames the thickness, cleans without drying and removes all product residue. I like the scent and a little goes a very long way. It really is the best shampoo I have ever used.

Quality Price Value I love this stuff. I thought it was too much to pay for a shampoo, but then realized it's more than 11 oz., which lasts me about a month. Worth it. The smell is great, tingles just the right amount and foams up enough to make a schlub like me think it's working well. Only change I would suggest is to make a travel size.

Price Value Quality I used Matrix for Men for a number of years but they quit making it, so I've been searching for a replacement. Now I've found it, and it is even better. Great shampoo, great results. I use it with the GL conditioner (separate review). I think the price might be a bit high, but when I see what my wife pays for her hair-care products, I guess I can't complain.

Price Value Quality Let's not get carried away. This cleans my hair well (as do 1,000 other shampoos) and leaves my hair soft and my scalp feeling fresh. Honestly, the fresh smell alone probably sells me on this.

Price Value Quality In response to AJ from Jacksonville, I'm Asian. With typical thick, straight Asian hair. And it works! I regularly have 2-3 types of product in my hair, including styling wax, mud and gel. It cleans the product out very effectively, and works a good balance between being tough on product and washing out very easily. Bottom Line: Works for all hair types. Nuff said.
