To Use: Pump 2 times. Apply with a clean cotton pad and wipe all over face after cleansing and shaving. Use liberally on oily areas, especially around the T-Zone (forehead, nose and chin). For the price? Review by Matador74
Price Value Quality I have been using this toner for about a month now and it's ok. My face does feel fresh and clean, but the price does not justify the result in my opinion. And it's a little annoying that you really can't tell how much is left in the bottle. I'll be going back to Baxter of California Herbal Mint Toner which is less than half the price and practically provides the same result.
