Price Value Quality There is no better value on the market than Proraso shaving cream, regular green tub. This stuff is incredible. Value, Quality, and sheer enjoyment of using one of the best shave creams on the market. You can certainly pay more, but WHY? You won't get a better shave for the money when using Proraso. All of their products are top notch and the value can't be beat.....PERIOD.

Price Value Quality Grooming Lounge carries shaving creams from Truefitt & Hill, Trumpers and Acqua di Parma. And you should buy them as they are world class. They smell great and provide a lubricating and moisturizing shave with an easy and frictionless glide.
They same can be said, however, for this soap which costs a fraction of the price and will likely last longer than those others.
The cooling menthol and soothing eucalyptus is just very rewarding- both on the face and to the nose.
A brush with a good backbone (Grooming Lounge's Best Badger is perfect and also very reasonably priced) is necessary. You just swirl a damp brush for about 30 seconds right on top of the cream, dip your brush tips in a little warm water, and you are good to go for 3+ passes directly on your face.
Afterwards (or before for true shaving Nirvana) slather on a small amount of Proraso pre-post and your face will feel great. I mean g r e a t !
All of this for pennies a shave.
Try this with a Merkur HD and Feather blades (which Grooming Lounge also carries) and you will see your 5:00 o'clock shadow around 8:00 pm. (Before doing this, watch some YouTube videos on safety razor shaving, but the process is well worth it. (Especially if money is an issue. A Feather costs about 60 cents a blade. Add the Proraso and you can shave for a year for about $40.00).
Also the sturdy plastic jar is great for traveling. Search for "travel brush" on this site and you are ready to take your shave on the road.
Dread shaving? Don't! Use these products and you will literally (I'm serious) look forward to the morning alarm. And, you'll go around to people saying, "Hey, feel my face!"

Price Value Quality you'll want to use a shave brush for the best effect but no doubt this is quality stuff for the money. smells so fresh and evergreen and makes your face softer afterward. I had no irritation after using this soap..
