Parker Super Heavy Weight Review by Traderbob
I purchased this razor a couple of weeks ago and really like the quality and the weight. The only thing I missed in the description was that this is not a TTO (twist to open) razor. You have to unscrew the handle from the head to change blades. Other than that I think this razor is a great value for the price.
Man's razor Review by DRock
I love this razor! It's classy, good weight so it's not cheaply made. Easy to use, even easier to handle and maneuver. And this bad boy delivers one of the best shaves I've ever had!
First timer is pleased Review by JD
As the first "non-disposable", overall a great experience. Technique & finding the right blade is key!
incredible Review by Dan
I was a little reluctant to shave with a straight blade as compared to to a disposable, but I'm glad I did. I will put this razor up against any leading name 4 or 5 blade razor. I am very happy with the results and would recommend this product to anyone. I am new to using this site and am fully satisfied with the products and service i have received. I will most definitely be a returning customer!
Very nice Review by Rodney
This is what I use each and every day, I work for a high end resort in Park City Utah. I do building maintenance and I am required to be clean shaven. The oil with the Grooming Lounge beard destroyer wet with warm water works very nice for me.
Great Razor Review by JIM from the OC
This is a great safety razor. Very light in your hand and gives a great shave. If you dont grow beards or shave goatees often, this razor is for you. I have to shave every 3 days and this gives me a smooth, comfortable shave with no razor burns and has drastically improved my razor bumps. The Parker Versatile razor would be good if you need to shave think beards or facial hair by controlling razor length. But for all others, go with this Parker. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED.
new convert Review by Matthew
The main things I was going for was low price and length of razor. It amused me that the longest one that GL sold also happened to be the least costly, but that's neither here nor there. The knurled ridges are raised quite high, so there's no chance of the handle slipping in your hand unless you actually want it to. The handle unscrews quite easily to change the blades. Being a former cook and construction worker I know how easy it is to cut yourself, so changing a thin featherweight blade is quite hair-raising.
I would love to get some sort of case to safely travel with it, as I travel quite a bit for work and don't want to slit my hands when I try to take it out of my toiletry bag. If GL decides to sell one (HINT HINT) I will definitely buy one.
Pumped Review by Drew
Pumped GL is selling these now. I've used Parker razors for years, but get all my other stuff from GL. Add this to the list -- best quality.
