Sickly Sweet Review by Shane
Quality Price Value Feel like there needs some balance in the reviews for this product as I base most of my purchases on user reviews. First the smell, something called "Original" shouldn't have such a strong smell. It smells like double mint gum but multiplied by 10. IMO to the point that it's no longer just sweet smelling but sickly sweet. Way too overpowering for me to ever use again. Secondly this stuff is like spraying liquid nitrogen on your sack. I'm pretty sure I just made myself sterile for a day or two. At first it was kind of a pleasant pain but then it just felt like the boys were laying in a pile of snow bareback. 15min later and they are still freezing. I gave the product 3 stars across the board becuase obviously some people like this and my personal preferences don't make something a bad product. However I do feel those on the fence should see that this isn't universally liked like say "GL Best for Last" Aftershave.I dumped my can in the trash after a single use.

Price Value Quality I have tried most of the wetness prevention powders, creams etc. that grooming lounge has to offer and Dry Goods is easily the best one in my opinion. For me it actually gives wetness protection for at least 12 hours both in groin area and on feet (which is where I use it). Right after application the whole are is white but after a few minutes it is gone. It is also much easier to apply than the powders. The only negative thing I have to say about this product it is really harsh to breath in. I usually apply it in the bathroom and hold my breath until im done. It smells great, but i guess it is the aerosol (?). I have tried both the original and the menthol scent amd the menthol is my favourite. The Menthol scent also didn't seem as harsh to breath in.

Price Value Quality This stuff is great for use on the under carriage and feet. Sprays on easy and cool. All day protection against funk and bat wings without the cloud and powder pancake.

Price Value Quality First came across this product when preparing to leave for a year in Afghanistan and I knew I'd need a powder ... the guys at GL were great to suggest it, even though they didn't carry it at the time. Great solution, even if the Afghan project fell through. Three years later, still using it to combat the sticky Texas summers (and springs and falls) and GL now provides this most excellent powder solution. A hint to avoid the burn and tingle as other reviewers have noted above ... just don't hold it so close to the boys when you spray.

Price Value Quality The menthol version was great at keeping me dry when walking to work. It lasted most of the day and didn't leave a residue on my skin or clothes.

Price Value Quality For spray on your junk powder it's decent. I mean, if Johnson and Johnson put baby powder is a spray can it would probably be cheaper. That said this works well and keeps me fresh all day, including my heavy athletics. The menthol does give you a tingly sensation which most guys seem to enjoy. The good thing is there is no mess when spraying on, and that's a big plus!

warning...original formula does have a scent kind of like mint chewing gum.....girls like mint chewing gum right?;)

Price Value Quality This is a great product. I've been using it everyday after I shower and it lasts thru the whole day. I sometimes will reapply a bit more before I go running or walk my terriers. I would recommend this any day!
