Grooming Lounge carries super-high-quality men's grooming goods, but we understand that sometimes products just don't "fit" or meet a specific expectation. In such a case, we've developed some returns policies that are pretty darn fair and quite simple. Please take a moment to review our policies and fill out the form below to get a return rolling.

Unopened/Unused Products:

These may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund to the method of payment. 

Opened/Used Products:

These may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a Store Credit.  Used returns require an online account to apply the store credit.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
Returns for Colognes or Electronic Tools. If you have an interest in trying a cologne (we know samples are hard to get), click here.

**Please note we do retain the right to refuse a return if above policy is abused (but that’s not you).

Our Oops!

If there’s any problem with your order that stems from a mix-up/damage on our end, contact us and we'll send a pre-paid return slip along with the necessary items -- or an e-return slip to your inbox. 

Local Guests:

Guests can return products (please bring web order information) directly to any of our stores, but no exchanges/refunds can take place at the time of visit. The stores will return said products to our Returns Department and we'll be in touch shortly to properly process.

Return Instructions

HOW TO RETURN:
Please fill out as much of the following form as possible to get the process rolling. If the return is accepted, you have two options:

1. WE SEND AN E-RETURN SLIP - We will create an E-Return Label – send it to your inbox – and all you need to do is send the return back to us. We will deduct a $5 Restocking Fee from the refund/store credit for the return shipping.

2. YOU GO YOUR OWN WAY: If you prefer to return the item using your own label/method, send it to the address below (or drop in store) with no Return Fee deduction.

Please note that if the product you are returning is used, you will need to create an account to receive a store credit.
