1: What is Auto-Replenishment?

Auto-Replenishment is an easy way for you to never worry about running out of your favorite grooming products. Just tell us which items you want delivered to you and how often -- and we’ll take care of the rest. You won’t have to place a new order each time -- instead your products will be delivered to your doorstep on your schedule. Auto-Replenishment orders will ship free (domestic only) if they go over $45 just like normal orders (so be sure to combine a few products on the same delivery date need be). You always have complete control over your deliveries and will receive pre-shipment emails before each order is shipped. You can change your delivery frequency or cancel at any time. Changes to orders can be made anytime within 24 hours of the scheduled order shipment date.

2: How do I sign up for Auto-Replenishment?

You can sign up for Auto-Replenishment by visiting most product pages and selecting the option for Auto-Replenishment. You must have an account or create one to place an order via Auto-Replenishment. Then, just check out normally. Go to your own Account to manage the subscription schedule and frequency.

3: What about shipping charges?

Shipping is free for every domestic Auto-Replenishment order over $45 – just like our normal shipments. We recommend bundling a product or two on the same delivery schedule/date to ensure hitting the free shipping barrier.
If international or Hawaii/Alaska, then the order total will need to be over $100. If the order total is not over $100, the subscription will be cancelled and an email will be sent to you letting you know such. If you are not in the US, please note that international orders will be charged a shipping cost for each order.

4: Are there any recurring charges associated with Auto-Replenishment?

No. There are no recurring charges or hidden charges with Auto-Replenishment. You only pay for the items ordered and for those products you get 5% off for just being in the program. Pretty sweet deal.

5: Is there a minimum purchase obligation?

No, there is no minimum purchase obligation. It doesn’t matter how much or what you order. However, we do recommend spending $45 to receive free ground domestic shipping.

6: When will I be charged for orders?

Orders will only be charged/captured to the credit card or deducted from the debit card for that order on the day the order is confirmed shipped. You can cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next order date.

7: When do items ship?

Your first order will ship within 1-2 business days. All future orders will be processed depending on the frequency you chose when placing your first order. For example, if you place your initial order on March 10th and choose a one month delivery frequency the next order date will be April 10th and the order will ship on that day. You can always change the delivery date, skip a shipment or cancel at any time.

8: How do I skip a delivery?

A: If you need to skip a delivery, login to your account, go to "My Subscriptions" and click "Skip Next Subscription." Your subscription will get pushed back by the frequency (month, two months, etc.) you choose. Uber-simple.

9: How do I cancel all future orders?

A: You can cancel Auto-Replenishment orders at any time by logging into your account, going to "My Subscriptions" and clicking "Deactivate" for that or all recurring orders. But, why do that?

10: How do I change my shipping address or credit card on file?

A: You can change your shipping address or credit card anytime by logging into your account, going to "My Subscriptions" and then clicking "Subscription Details". You can edit your address information and credit card from there. Once you update it, click Save.

11: How (or what happens) to merge two individual subscription orders?

A: If two subscription orders occur on the same date, they will be merged into a single order package and shipping will be calculated based on the current order total (basically bundling will get you over $45 so free shipping). The next subscription transactions would then occur individually if they don't fall on the same date - for example, if one was weekly and one monthly, the weekly one would ship solo the following week.

12: How do I change the email address for pre-shipment emails?

A: You can change the email address for pre-shipment emails by logging into your account and changing your email in the Account Information section.

13: How do I view my future deliveries?

A: You can see your future Auto-Replenishment orders and information by logging into your account and clicking on My Subscriptions. This page will have all your information that you will need from next delivery date, changing frequency of orders, skipping a shipment, placing instant orders and more.

14: How do I change my Subscription type and after the change, how it will work for next transactions?

You can change the Subscription type by logging into your account and clicking on My Subscriptions. After changing subscription type, the next subscription date will be set according to the subscription type from the current date. For example, if you set subscription type to "Every month" then next subscription date will get pushed back one month from current date.

15: What happens if a product is out of stock?

If a subscription product is out of stock, the subscription will be temporarily disabled and an email will be sent notifying you of the situation. Once the product arrives back in stock, you will be notified by email and the subscription will be enabled back and ship out.

16: What happens if the credit card doesn’t work?

If the credit card is expired, we will send an email to you a week before the subscription shipment date. If the credit card is not updated by this date, the subscription will be disabled.

If for any other reason the credit card transaction is rejected, it will skip the current subscription.
