RETURN POLICY
All products unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase will be fully refunded. We do not accept any returns on electric or tool items once opened (yuck!). Returned products must be accompanied by an receipt and sent postage paid. But realize, we're pretty confident you'll be thrilled with every purchase.

UPS ISSUES AND POLICY
Get in touch with us if your order does not arrive when it should. Please be aware that UPS requires a signature for all packages so make sure you're home to sign (or someone is). Also, we can not honor requests such as to leave packages at the front door, under the rug, or at the neighbors... that is a UPS issue that we can not alter -- but wish we could.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Get in touch with us immediately if your order is missing any items. If the product is damaged we'll gladly send you another one. Just let us know what happened to your precious goods and we'll get them to your doorstep ASAP.
WHEN ARE ORDERS SHIPPED
Most orders received before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday.
HOW ARE ORDERS SENT
The Grooming Lounge ships most U.S. orders via UPS Ground (usually 3-5 days). Orders will only be delivered on normal business days (Mon-Fri). Shipping options and charges are listed below:
