Value Quality Price Just bought a Parker butterfly razor and this kit. Should have ditched the disposables a long time ago. I enjoyed shaving today. At 25 dollars the kit is worth a try.

Quality Price Value I purchased this kit and have been trying to use it as instructed. I am 53 and have been shaving in the shower with a bar of soap and not applying any aftershave. I figured I would take a different route and try taking better care of my skin.
When I apply the face wash, then oil, then shavecream and finally the aftershave my face is breaking out as if I were a teenager.
I have sense quit using the oil and the aftershave and only using the shave cream until its gone then going back to traditional shaving cream. I think this product is a little too pricy to make my skin break out. -

Price Value Quality As far as function goes, this stuff worked great. I just can't get past its smell. Others may love it, but it isn't for me which is a shame because it really works great.

Price Value Quality I got my first hot shave with a straight razor this past weekend in Charleston, SC and it was amazing. The barber shop used American Crew shave products and my face felt amazing afterwards. Absolutely no razor burn or bumps. Before this, I was using the traditional cheap disposable razors and Gilette shave foam. What a joke after having this done. After my hot shave, I got to thinking about a better way to shave and a friend referred me to this website. After reading the reviews, I decided to get the Grooming Lounge "Greatest Shave Ever" try me kit and a Parker Heavy Safety Razor and Merkur blades. Shaved for the first time with all of my new goodies and it was even better than the hot shave at the barber shop. If you follow the tips and techniques you will never have to worry about razor irritation or bumps ever again. Grooming Lounge makes one of the best kits and I will continue to purchase them. Also, they throw in some pretty good freebies with your order so definitely purchase from them. You can't go wrong with Grooming Lounge.

Price Value Quality This kit is great for traveling. If flying make sure not to pack it in your carry-on because of TSA regulations. The products in this kit are a great combination for shaving, and this is coming from someone who has been bothered by shaving for years until now.

Price Value Quality I loved this kit so much that I bought a 2nd one within a week of the first. Whether you use it at home or on the road, it's great either way, and for $25, I love it even more. The face wash is light, smells good, and is a great overall facwe wash, shave or not. The shave oil is a blast of clove smell, which I wasn't sure of at first, but the girlfriend liked it and said it has a manly "spiciness" to it. The shave cream has a nice light menthol cooling feel to it and works great in the shower when I am in a rush. The aftershave is my favorite part as I have sensitive skin and it isn't too greasy like some can be. I use about a dimes worth as more than that can be too much. Again, for the money, this is the BEST you can do!

Price Value Quality My wife getting me this kit for my birthday literally changed my life, or at least that part of it that involves shaving and taking care of my skin. Before I started using this I had no idea how badly I was treating my precious, precious skin. Now if I can't use shave oil and a good facial cleanser I will most likely refuse to shave at all. My only regret is that I can't give this damned thing more than five stars.
