Applied over Cellex-C Serum or Hydra 5 B-Complex, Seline-E immediately creates a luxuriously moist, smooth, feel to the skin. Enhances potency of vitamin C. Maintains optimal skin condition, moisturizes & provides anti-oxidant protection.
